Do you ship worldwide?

No, sorry at this time we only ship across the UK. 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the item selected. Orders should take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email when your item has been dispatched. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep using our Order Tracking page.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

Sometimes, we do split large orders into multiple parcels. You receive tracking information for both of them. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way!

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

Can I amend my order?

Please contact us immediately if you would like to amend an order and we will do our best to help. We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before completion.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 5 business days after we receive your order. The tracking number itself may take a few days to update.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. You can also use your tracking number with any reputable all-in-one third-party parcel tracking service.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel, as long as you meet the terms and conditions. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.

How do I make payments using Paypal?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal Account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
